Boomer went out to Wagoner, Oklahoma to visit his friend Sooner. They were chatting in the diner about their companies and Sooner mentioned he was having a hard time keeping up with inputting his expenses into QuickBooks. He was also having trouble getting his employees' hours inputted into his payroll system and he had just gotten a notice that he was behind on filing his Form 941. He told Boomer, he didn't even know what a Form 941 was, let alone how to fill it out.

Boomer told him to message Linda at Codex Bookkeeping Services at linda.cavanaugh@codexbookkeepingservices.com or visit her website at www.codexbookkeepingservices.com and fill out the consultation form.

Boomer said he has had great results with Codex Bookkeeping and it has really saved him a lot of time by turning over his bookkeeping and payroll duties. He gets accurate data in a timely manner and some great financial statements that Linda helps him interpret. Since Linda is a retired CPA, she was able to update his chart of accounts in QuickBooks and organize his expenses and revenues, so he could see what his money usage and receivables were being used for.

Sooner asked if Linda was helpful or if she was a bit patronizing since they were dogs. Boomer said Linda was very friendly and helpful and explained things in a way he could understand but not in a patronizing way. Boomer warned Sooner, that Linda thinks she is very funny and he should just laugh at her jokes to be polite.

Sooner felt this all sounded great, but he was worried that since Codex Bookkeeping is based in Indianapolis and he was in Wagoner that she might not be able to help him. Boomer assured him that since Codex Bookkeeping was virtual, Linda could help anyone in the United States.

Soon after this, Boomer and Sooner said good night as they had to get up early to travel to Norman, Oklahoma for the football game the next day. They parted yelling: Boomer! Sooner! over and over. (A little shout out to my husband)
